All wigs, bundles, closures/frontal orders will be processed and shipped out within 5-7 business days.
NO REFUNDS ON WIGS; ONLY EXCHANGES WITH BUNDLES, CLOSURES AND FRONTAL IN THE EVENT INCORRECT INFORMATION WAS ENTERED AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE, WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER AND MUST BE IN ORIGINAL STATE!

There is ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES on custom wig orders.
There will be a 20% cancellation fee on all orders canceled after a 24 hr period.
If you are unsatisfied with your custom unit, we will try our best to accommodate it to your liking.
